Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-R8B4 is a radiopharmaceutical designed for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging. It comprises the radionuclide Gallium-68 ([68Ga]), which is chelated by 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid (NOTA), and a targeting moiety designated R8B4. This tracer is specifically developed to target the Cluster of Differentiation 70 (CD70) oncofetal antigen, enabling non-invasive visualization of CD70 expression in various malignant cancers. It is currently under investigation for its diagnostic efficacy in conditions such as renal cancer (especially clear cell renal cell carcinoma), lymphoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
